We recruit, train and supply skilled and experienced crew for the Company’s fleet as well as owners all over the world. Every year the Company also supply a large number of crew to neighbouring ships or international fleet (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, etc.). Owing to this, PHB  crew have chance to work in an international environment, practice specialized skills, professional competence and manner.
